As the auction of 3G licence will be held at 29th march in Pakistan and all the cellular companies are try their best to avail this opportunity as the user demand not in only Pakistan but all over the world is 3G. while in some countries 4G is also introduced a fastest network of 4th generation.
As the Telenor is carrying top level of services in the country and carrying best equipment for its network and most favorite for 3G network.With Telenor some other cellular companies are also improving their network for 3G.Telenor is at number 2 company in Pakistan having user of 28 millions while the Mobilink is the leader of cellular companies having 33 million users.Mobilink Telenor are the top competitors in Pakistan and both are trying best to avail 3G. while Telenor have to take 3G at any cost.
Telenor is assuming that the bid would not be more then $300 millions and it will remain near about 280 and 260.
Telenor is also evaluating the investment plan and terrorist attack and political instability in the country.Telenor CEO said that huge flow from the country is dominated by the challenging factors.He also said that terrorist attack on telenor franchises is a serious issue but we are hoping that security situation will move positively in Pakistan in 2012.
Telenor management is working on all projects in Pakistan with best financial results and the way it is growing. Telenor can inject high value of money in to Pakistan as it is require of Pakistan in current situation.As Indian exit make this more possible that telenor will invest in Pakistan but telenor representative told that Pakistan in Pakistan scenario is different.It is also possible that telenor could not avail the 3G license due to some market factors and other competitors.It is also allow that one bidder can buy two 3G licence.There is no more time and day by day time is becoming short to take the better planing and decisions for 3G. It is also possible that PTA (Pakistan telecommunication authority) revise the time period for 3G auction or they can go ahead with an auction without disqualification operators.
what will happened next no one know about this we can just wait for the results till the end of march.
