We are sending signal from several decades in space by our self or accidentally and waiting for the broadcast or signals from Aliens in space or at any other planet but the question is that if we receive any signal from Aliens or any other creature from space or planet then are we fully planned every thing and prepared what to do and what will be our answer and reply signal to them.?
If any signal is send by the Aliens to earth or human being that signal will be first received to Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI).All the SETI network depends on some researchers who are working different areas of the worlds and hoping for that some day any signal will be received to the from space.Often SETI faces many problems in which lack of sufficient fund is on top and due to this reason people and some organization laughed on them.They use a radio telescope which is one of biggest telescope in world and help them to keep eyes on signal and any other important massage from space.
SETI start working in 1959 with just single one man who have a good telescope and now a days with the help of latest computers signal are monitored.What will happened then when these researcher will receive a signal from space? Some analysts said that it is possible that the government will keep it secret and if this news leaked out people will think that world or earth is in danger and other rumours also circulate. But Doctor Seth Shostak who is Astronomer in SETI said that nothing will happened like that and it is totally wrong that government will hide any thing and people will become mad after knowing thin fact.When it was said that there are canals in Mars. In start of 1990 people believe the existence of Alien's .
He said that the complete procedure is like that if any computer received any signal from space then we confirmed it from other computers in different countries and it will take one week approximately and in this time people will know every thing so there is no need to hide or keeping it in secret.In 1997 same situation was when some signal received and it was not possible that time to keep it secret and people know all facts.Doctor Seth Shostak said that we were keeping eye on that signal and waiting what is the government reaction about that signal and no one even called us about that even media just called to know about thees signals.So is there any planing if signal received then to whom informed at first? Doctor Seth Shostak said that there is no planing about this that if signals received then openly broadcast it.
One office of United Nation is in Viana and when SETI asked from them if any signal received to them from space what is the procedure and planing to inform and whom ? Reply was we don know any thing. At that time planing department is given to Arezona State University and they said they don't know what kind of signal received and how much time it will take to understand it may be one one year or several years. It is also possible that the signal will be so simple like, Hello Earth or some kind of technical message. SETI researcher said that we should give the answer to any signal but no one is agree or combined what kind of reply should be given to them.While it is good to give a proper answer to them which they like and about them we don't know any thing.If any thing is common between Aliens and human being is Mathematics.SETI said what ever answer we give all the world should be agree and combined on that answer.
